“I started meditating many years ago and then inexplicably stopped. This podcast is so funny and I really admire what Neil and Lee have tried to do here. It’s a huge and often complex subject and if you are from a small Leeds working class background it can be confusing. Neil is enthusiastic and willing to try anything. Lee is more skeptical and reserved. I would say I’m in the middle of that spectrum and that’s the beauty of this show. I can go on the journey and understand both of their point of views. I already own many of the books they discuss and others I have bought (second hand, very cheaply) This podcast has re-ignited my interest and I would like to thank Neil and Lee for this free, informative and often funny podcast.”
