Maya and Raniesha invest in the vending machine business and are also real estate investors.

Today Mark Jones II is bringing some real estate GEMS to the I Don’t Do Budgets show! In 2015 he househacked his first single family home in LA County, which allowed him to Live rent-free and to use the equity he received from his first house to get his Los Angeles triplex. He now owns a triplex near the new SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California and has a brand called Livin' Rent Free where he teaches people how they too can live free.
