Do you remember on episode 2 when I talked about trying to apply for this real estate investing program and not knowing my disposal income!? Four years later I have my 1st rental property!!! It wasn’t an overnight process to jump into real estate investing, so I’m excited to share what I’ve learned during this process with you today.
