Mike Solitro is a consultative leader and the founder of AccomplishedRE. He helps real estate professionals become more effective and efficient, solve problems and deliver an exceptional client experience. He is also a Real Estate Attorney, and an Associate Broker with Kinlin Grover Real Estate.  Mike graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Public Relations and has a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law.  He studied in the Honors Program, was named to the Dean’s list, and was the recipient of the Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence. He twice won the American Bar Association Student Negotiation Competition, is a trained Mediator, and is Lean and Six Sigma certified. He twice won Real Estate Information Services (REIS) Excellence in Survey and Research award.  Mike has worn many different real estate hats, and when looking back at his successes, a few common ingredients were at play - delivering exceptional client outcomes, clear and consistent communication, all while relentlessly solving problems. He has played a key role in hundreds of transactions and been involved with real estate deals from countless angles.  Mike now calls Cape Cod home with his amazing wife, two young sons, and their energetic dog.
