I don’t care what your views are on abortion. Do not push “Defenders” on people looking for your otherwise helpful information on emotional issues. Don’t make everything political.

These episodes are wonderful. Dr. Monica Band’s approach to calmly address complex cases has me in awe. The difficult conversations presented by “I need to ask you something” are captivating and thought provoking. I will continue to listen and hope there are more episodes to come!

I love Last Day so I thought I would give this one a try. It's awful. Listening to the pain these kids went through/are still going through while their parents try to justify it without taking ownership is horrible. That coupled with the almost condescending tone of voice of the host;...Read full review »

The interview with Seth and his mom was so complex and the feelings and insights bravely shared led me to reflect on my own young childhood when I was first told I was fat by a physician and put on a diet at 5 years old. That became the way I identified- fat. I still can’t shake how that moment...Read full review »

So worried about youth mental health these days. It’s really nice to hear these compassionate conversations modeled. Will definitely share this with my parent friends.

I am educating myself about trauma because so, so, so many young people experience it - it’s important to understand. Dr. Monica has such a beautiful voice and spirit and gentle approach - I loved hearing Seth work through this and I learned so much. And big shout out to the moms too - everyone...Read full review »

I’m in my late 20s and only now finding my voice to speak to my parents and loved ones about issues of my childhood! It’s amazing to hear such young people being brave to ask questions that are opening to new conversations! FANTASTIC SHOW!!

This show hits so close to home as a parent. I’m so impressed by every young person featured in the series. They’re so insightful and self-aware! This show is beautifully produced. Every episode is really poignant. Lots of tears and revelations - exactly what I want from a Lemonada show

I listen to quite a few podcasts that are built around therapy of some kind. I haven’t really heard one that talks with young people. I’m looking forward to listening.
