Great podcast idea but…
Is the primary intent of the podcast to illuminate and inform listeners? And if so, couldn’t that be accomplished with at least a bit of humility and maturity? I could be wrong but it feels that the hosts appear to be the type of people who tend to derive their worthiness and sense of significance by disparaging others’ works. Different genre but host of the Within Reason podcast Alex O’Connor (also known as the cosmic skeptic) critiques and debates people who hold opposing views than him but he does it so critically yet respectfully and with a great deal of openness and curiosity. I feel like there is a thing or two hosts of this podcast can learn from his approach

As a lover of Maintenance Phase and You’re Wrong About I’m already on board. Dammit Michael you’ve done it again. You could make a podcast about celebrity perfume brands of the 2000s and I’d probably listen.
