So last year we interviewed Jim, Ben, Karl and Adam from AMA and Ryan from My Own Pine Box makes a brief appearance.  We talk Bombs Lullabye, Agna Moraine and My Own Pine Box, tour hijinks, the storied Pittsburgh fest and all matters of Joseph Mattson wackiness (love you, Joe). We're back with a jam packed episode of amazing stories from Joel Wick! He's the guy that introduced us and a lot of other people to a whole new world. From running Hole In The Wall Record Store, playing in Firesale, Spork, Jihad, Quixote & Mesa; to booking DIY shows in every available spot (Including Club Soda matinees!) making his own venues (Dagobah Square and 31G respectively) running his label Makoto records, and, y'know, almost getting punched by Henry Rollins. This one's got it...

INSOGREY (Feat. past members of Constatine Sankathi, Denial, Renobs AND future members of Agna Moraine's Autobiography) were great friends and an important part of the Kalamazoo scene (Check the rerelease of their demo on Council Records Bandcamp). Oh and they're also the sweetest, funniest, people. We got (almost) ALL of them to talk at the same time about their history, their experiences in the scene and the result is delightful. 

The final leg of the doom tour. Bad vibes prevail but don't worry, we have some laughs and a wistful memory here and there. 

The events leading up to and including the start of our doomed second tour: Sketchy van purchases, shoplifting, the allure of San Diego, a man with a knife and someone put LSD in a pie.  And some crying.

We're up and running, we're recording, we're playing out of town shows, our first tour...it's all happening!

Now we're playing more fests, technically playing with Fugazi, getting hassled by Indiana cops on a highway median-and eventually-everyone starts crying for one reason or another (You knew that was going to happen eventually, right?)
