Negative reviews can be beneficial
The host has now made two episodes addressing negative comments, but instead of taking the constructive criticism and improving her show, she instead defends all of her choices. What’s the point of reading these negative reviews to your audience if you don’t accept any of it as helpful or constructive? Some of the criticism is valid, some is not. But frankly I don’t see the point of reading them if you’re just going to get publicly defensive.
