“I'm a second year medical student - getting ready to take my board exams aka studying all day the mundane letters and numbers of pathophys and biochem from a book- and this podcast has been a great way to take a break from the information cramming to learn more about what I am getting myself into from an experienced professional on the front lines who gives us the facts and truth. I really appreciate the comedy but also the honesty and important info that includes the good, the bad, and the ugly about the profession that I am currently giving up my sanity/life to pursue. It's also somewhat reassuring to know that there is someone who wants to make the future of healthcare better not only for the patients but healthcare providers too!
Thanks ZDogg for giving us future docs a necessary education in the system and patient care - things that are not currently taught in school but incredibly vital for working and succeeding in the "real world" of healthcare. Can't wait to get out there, treat patients, and help create some change/progress.
