Anne + Eric = Dream Team / Essential podcast for anyone working in entertainment
This is hands down the best film podcast I’ve discovered. I’ve been a loyal listener (every week!) since 2018 and Anne and Eric have helped me grow my knowledge of the film industry, which has helped fuel my interest in films and filmmaking and my professional growth as a Hollywood business affairs exec. I feel a sense of community listening to their banter and their weekly conversations on Screen Talk are truly a gift I look forward to all week. Their points of view complement each other so well - Anne, with such a strong grasp on the industry and business side of film, and Eric a critic with a great POV (and of course their experience overlaps!). With respect to many of the disrespectful comments here about a certain host “cutting off” the other - I STRONGLY disagree. Anne and Eric are different people with distinct personalities and honestly I love it when Anne chimes in. She has so much experience and knowledge so IMHO it helps their conversation (it’s called 2 adults having a conversation, people cut each other off). Thank you Anne and Eric!!

I love the inclusion of Nikki Finke....Read full review »

That being said, little to no time spent on production. Disparity in levels between speakers often makes it unlistenable at times especially on...Read full review »

This is the first time I’ve ever looked at the reviews of a podcast. And my comments are no different: The interrupting has to stop. You both have insightful things to say, but you don’t listen to each other say them. I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard you say the same things over each...Read full review »
