Been listening from the start and have seen Rich several times doing standup so already knew he was a lovely bloke, but these podcasts are so important and have helped me put things in perspective constantly over the past 3 years. To Rich and all involved - Thank you

Love this genuine and unpretentious podcast. Rich is really relaxed, funny, genuine and great at getting people to talk about mental health. I always feel like I’m on a call with my mates listening to this. Love this and also insane in the fem brain podcast.

As a female fan I appreciate the topics and perspective discussed on this podcast. Unique and helpful to hear men being so honest, vulnerable, and compassionate- oh, and funny. I always feel better after the show and find myself thinking about points they raised days later. Thank you.

Congratulations, Bravo what a podcast and a great podcast it is , struggling myself past/ present with mental health ( damn lockdown ) brings the black dog back , so it’s time to walk it away ( exercise is a help) never failing to listen to yourself / guests whilst doing so , particularly...Read full review »

Hey Rich can you tell Sean Smith I thought he was already some big time comedian, and that music was his old side hussle for most of the episode -as he was naturally very quick and funny. You guys were both hilarious and would love to see you mentor Sean into Jestership, as he already sounds the...Read full review »

There is so much to this podcast, it literally makes me laugh out loud, nod in agreement, and discover stuff about myself every time I listen to an episode. It’s strength, for me, is the way it links mental health to every day life events during each discussion Rich is having with his guest...Read full review »

So amazing to hear men being open and emotional. The series has given me so much insight into the ‘men brain’ and a different appreciation for the older men in my family who maybe struggle to be emotionally available. Solid chats with a heart of gold.

One of the best out there. Great selection of guests, and while the loose brief is mental health the conversations flow freely. Could not recommend enough.

A podcast about mental health that doesn’t make you want to switch off and self-harm, but is funny and engaging. The sound on the earlier episode could be better, but I am glad to have just stumbled on this and downloaded all the episodes. Subscribe, and you might find out about moisturising too....Read full review »

Richie notwithstanding his growing success as a (milk tray with a peaky blinders edge styled) comedian. This podcast continues to push the deemed boundary on mental health whilst keeping it both brutally honest and self effacing to bring out the best in his guests. Keep up the good work.👏🏽👏🏻👏🏿

I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Jayde last year in Paris. I had no idea who they were and they made my trip. What you hear on the podcast is exactly what you will get when you meet him. Rich is a neoteric ray of necessary sunshine in an otherwise shady world. He has used his natural gifts of grace and humour to build a platform for a plethora of wonderful guests to unashamedly discuss men’s mental health. Present and positive podcasting in it’s prime!

This podcast is a revelation! Such great, interesting, honest and funny guests. Rich Wilson is like a mate I’ve not met yet, he’s charismatic and full of insight into his own struggles which makes me feel like I’m not alone in the world. In summary, this podcast is simply brilliant!

It’s like getting permission to hear your mate talking to his mate! It’s so fresh, alive and new (when it really shouldn’t be, but it is) to hear real conversations about real stuff and how whilst it’s awkward and serious it’s also funny and engaging! My fave podcast!
Mr Madrigal via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 09/12/19
Such an important podcast - I recommend this to my students who are struggling to work out how they feel. Not just for the blokes too - we should be talking about men’s mental health, women’s mental health and how we can all help each other. It’s dead funny too!
