“Great guests, pretty good interviews, unrelenting pessimism. Some of the time it seems like a therapy session or emotional jousting match where Bilton carries on with his tiresome guilt/grudge vendetta against Silicon Valley while those being interviewed try to cheer him up.
Sort of like Bill Maher’s show, where I don't tune in for Maher but for his guests and what he draws from them. Some great ‘reveals’ and insider stuff and yes, even occasional positive and helpful insights.
Bilton’s interview with Kevin Kelley is one of the best I’ve heard and one I’ve actually saved and often recommend. Rather than obsessing over the ‘horrors’ of the present Kelley keeps bringing things forward toward the ‘bigger’ picture.”Read full review »

“This is one of my favourite podcasts- I particularly enjoy listening to Nick’s insights into the tech world. Only negative is a slight obsession with Trump and I generally find the episodes on politics not as good as the others. Great work overall I look forward to it every week.”
