Best new podcast
There is an explosion of new podcast on the scene; it seems that the medium is finally starting to be appreciated for the unique art that it is. Invisibilia is the best of these new radio programs. I am a super hardcore podcast listener, currently enjoying my collection of over eighty six different podcast, (not to mention the hundreds that I have tried and groan tired of). The first episode of Invisibilia touched me in a way that no radio peace has in months, and my months equal hundreds of ours of quality content. The episode is also extremely interesting and enlightening;the aesthetic is that of a minimalist Radio lab. it manages to have its own tasteful and unique style while staying coherent and fateful to the stories and characters that it works with. This strong yet impactful tone is quite a feat for a brand new radio program; its actually a rare accomplishment for media of any age and I wait with baited breath to walk down the invisible paths that lay before us.

Is imitation the sincerest form of flattery? Invisibilia seems to suggest so, because I can’t help but hear the exact cadence, tone and word choice used by Sara Koenig for Serial.

LOVE this podcast. The first episode knocked it out of the park. It illuminated an issue that I think everyone has dealt with. It's good to know that my thoughts of driving off the road or pushing someone down the stairs don't make me crazy. The mind is a strange and wonderful thing.Read full review »
