Mind blowing and thought provoking (at the same time)
I decided to listen to the episode ‘Overcoming money shame with My Frugal Year’ and my mind is ever so slightly blown. I have never previously considered the relationship (emotional, or otherwise) between money, work ambitions, and self-worth. In addition, throw into the mix the fact that I was one of those folk ‘coming of age’ in the post-2008 crash era and one of those people who wants a job that makes a difference and suddenly I feel like I understand myself wayyy better, but I still have so many questions. It’s a thought provoking listen. I’ll definitely be catching up on previous episodes.

This made me evaluate my relationship with time. Everyone should listen to this light hearted delivery of a conversation that needs to be happening now..... Looking forward to next Monday’s episode.
