Sometimes impactful
I’ve been listening to “It Starts with Attraction” one and off again for several years. The concept of PIES, focusing on my physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual attraction really improved my own self and marriage- and I appreciate episodes centered around relationships- particularly marriage and motherhood (a stay-at-home mom of three littles under 5 I personally relate). However, some episodes, especially those with highly accomplished experts I find long-winded, too cerebral and lacking entertaining dialogue and/or practical application. So I tend to either fully digest or completely disregard this show.

It’s so often hard to remember to focus on what I need and spending time for me, especially as a busy mom. Love this as a reminder to be the best me I can be.
