In today’s episode, I look at a recent conversation I had with a friend of mine, and explore a lesson that was formed from the affects of the age-old saying “it’s nothing personal, it’s just business”. In a world where work and business is becoming even more personal than ever before, I find that we too often allow for this 'cultural norm' to corrode our deepest desires for meaning and belonging in what we do.
