Love it!
African history is not an area where I have a great deal of knowledge so wanted to give It’s Not a Continent a try and I am pleased I did. I quickly warmed to the show, the hosts are great and obviously enjoying themselves when producing the episodes. Despite touching on heavy topics such as slavery and segregation at no times do I feel preached too, for me the balance feels just right – they show the importance of remembering, understanding and learning from these topics but set it off perfectly against their natural charm humour. I really like both hosts, how they bounce off each other, the running jokes throughout the episodes, the passion, it’s top stuff. I think it’s so important we all have a global view of history and this podcast does a fantastic job of highlighting the diverse countries of Africa.

In love with this podcast, I feel like I’m hanging out with friends and learning more about the continent. I love how witty these women are and yet able to convey the messages in such serious topics 🥰

The chemistry between the hosts is really good and they’ve found a way to tackle the history of the continent with the right amount of humour whilst still being educational. Super eye opening, and I’ve learnt a lot listening so far. Definitely worth a listen

Loving what you ladies are doing. I am quite interested in conversations on the African discourse, but this with a historical twist is enjoyable. Keep it up and 5 stars from me!
