Love the nighttime routine episode!
So many great tips which are all easy to implement. I’ll also keep this in mind for when my kids are older. Especially not using devices 2 hours before bedtime or keeping them in their room. A great podcast overall, I always learn something new. Thank you, Dr. Wong!
