What a difference you have made to me
Finally someone is talking my language. At 43 my childhood trauma has finally caught up with me, triggered by an emotional abusive relationship. I am finally realising who I am and how that trauma has left it’s print on me - it also explains why I was able to stay in that relationship for so long. Listening to your podcasts is like music to my ears - I don’t know how to put into words how I feel, I can’t express my pain so listening to your stories is awakening my soul. Thank you for helping me to connect my mind, body and soul. I have cried for my inner child because I can relate to so much you say. My therapist said I have lived in my head for a long time, I finally understand what she means so thank you for empowering and educating me - you really have made a difference!

If I were to ever get a life coach he would be the one. This dude is SO vulnerable and honest and raw- absolutely beautiful. He speaks the truth that I need to hear and don’t come across in life. Grateful to listen to his talks. Love the short & direct format too.
