Trauma from a male perspective
I’ve spent around a year and a half seeking anything of real value to assist me in dealing with what I only recently identified as trauma from childhood and early adulthood. I’m now 64 years old. Nearly all the genuinely useful content I’ve come across has been produced by women. I don’t mean this to sound as if that devalues it in any way, but I always felt that maybe it would be more helpful for me to find a podcast by a man, with whose experiences I could better identify. I believe I might have found this in Joe Ryan’s courageous and balanced take on the sometimes devastating and certainly exhausting effects of trauma on the lives of some. Thanks Joe.
