Cycling through Philosophy, Linguistics & Etymology !
Cycling through philosophy, linguistics and etymology. Leave your expectations at the door and you’ll enjoy this podcast more. If you appreciate some nuance and the culture around cycling this will be interesting to you, it’s excellent. (The one amazing little factoid about this show is that Ned does not actually exist, Dave’s an aspiring & accomplished ventriloquist!) A small caveat is that your British colonial heritage, attitude & privilege exudes from your noses like snot. It is a quality that would benefit from further introspection and perhaps a moral and ethical Kleenex. Surely you are unique individuals, but your white privileged has hurt a lot of people a lot, and it still does, and you are part of it. Your blind love of your occidental compatriot Sam Bennett reveals your colonial prejudices and makes you sound foolish, moz def. I do appreciate the prompt pods though and there is hope for you both. But Geebuz Miller & Ned , you both are so posh, maybe not compared to you posh British friends, but from a bigger perspective- you totally are; please don’t be so deluded. Peace ✌🏽Maybe work on coming off as being a little less self-congratulatory....

Previous years had a better balance, although with retrospect I can see it was going this way. Slightly less silliness,...Read full review »

Watch the TV every day and that is insightful and brilliant but nice to have an alternate relaxed pod that still talks in detail.
