“Always a great show generally, but the weekly Mystery Hour segment is a particular find.
So far, through listening to this show, my life has definitely changed for the better. I can understand the dialect of the local pigeon flock, how to calculate the markup on my cinema popcorn, who to call at four in the morning to answer my philosophical concerns about particle physics (Hi, Professor Hal!), and if a conjoined twin commits murder in front of me I'm well-prepared to craft a deposition.
I now hold a Mystery Hour Round of Applause. I treasure this ephemeral auditory recognition of my lifelong curséd pedantry in higher regard than my university degree. Future descendants will bafflegab about my achievement for centuries; their top-tech-tablinum will forever hold a frozen MP3 of that coveted moment.
Come, brothers, sisters, and other sibling designations; join the ranks of the faithful. Flock to the demonstration of love of learning! Pedants of the world, unite! You have nothing to fear but Producey Lucy finding your question too pedestrian.
