“Hey guys love the podcast. The way you have discussions about the NFL and life and bounce off each other makes the podcast so engaging and entertaining.
In the off season I would love to hear some more funny stories from life or from your playing careers. Osi’s story last off season about his wife giving birth in Paris was one of the funniest things I have heard all year.
Anyway I have 2 questions for the podcast:
1. As former players what is your opinion on natural grass vs turf fields. With the NFLPA lobbying for all stadiums to have natural grass fields to try and reduce the number of knee/ankle injuries, did you hate turf fields when playing or did you not really care.
2. Do you agree with the NFL’s stance on only giving Super Bowl’s to warm weather cities or stadiums with roofs. I know their argument is they want a high quality game but many classic playoff games have been played in cold weather. For example Osi’s Giants beating the Packers in the NFC Championship game in 2007. In my opinion football is an outdoor sport and it seems unfair on great football cities like Seattle, KC, Pittsburgh or Philly just to name a few. Would you be opposed to cold weather cities getting the Super Bowl??
Thanks again Osi and JBell and keep up the good work. UPRISE”
