改正地方自治法が賛成多数で可決、成立した参院本会議、１９日午前、国会内大規模災害や感染症など非常事態が発生した際、国が自治体に必要な指示ができる仕組みの創設を柱とする改正地方自治法が１９日の参院本会議で、与党などの賛成多数で可決、成立した。 Japan's parliament enacted Wednesday a bill to give the central government power to issue necessary instructions to local governments in the event of emergencies such as disasters and pandemics.
