The content of the podcast is so in depth, Jocko is a master at an conveying an idea and inspiring one to look into their own life and identify the aspects they can change right there and right now. Using his military background with a no BS view of how someone can better them self Jocko forces you to ignore the ridiculous excesses you create and just ‘get after it'.
