Highly recommended. Changed my life.
It could take me years to implement the concepts I've learnt in this podcast such is Jocko's and Echo's wide analysis of key leadership fundamentals. I learnt that leading others begins with leading yourself. Jocko inspired me to wake up earlier. Whilst I can't always pull off 0445, I do always pull off 0545 - adding 2 hours to my day. I turn up early to work and clean the office as a result of this book. And I have already seen small signs that people that work for me will copy what I do, if I do it consistently and try to stay humble. In episode 5 Jocko review character traits of poor leaders - some of which I used to view as traits of what a strong leader should be. Having read Jockos book "Extreme Ownership" this podcast is a vital to lead you through more of the anecdotes and evidence that underpin his lessons. I have only scratched the surface in implementing this knowledge but it's great to hear such good information that motivates me to take that next step up.Read full review »
