A poor understanding of science; Inefficient use of time
20 episodes I’m disappointed. - It’s abundantly clear that this is written by someone with just a high school or early college level understanding of science (e.g., sometimes claiming that science achieves ‘proof’) - Roughly HALF of every episode is dedicated to the same introductory track and the same closing disclaimers. There’s very little content in each episode. I was really excited for this podcast given how it describes itself as dedicated to the science of health, nutrition, and wellbeing. This is what keeps me from giving the podcast only one star. Here’s what would have to happen for me to keep listening: - interview actual scientists about their research; stop trying to explain the science on your own - cut the intro and closing disclaimers to 10 seconds each (at most)
