Praying is very important, but having a secret place to pray is also very important. Moses talked to God in a mountain, Gideon built an altar for the Lord under an oak tree, Daniel opened the windows of his upper room and prayed while having a view of the city, Jesus prayed in places of quiet solitude, John prayed on an island, the early Christians prayed together in houses, and Paul prayed in prisons!  Having a personal place to pray is necessary.
