The moments of our lives are opportunities to learn something valuable about ourselves. Instead, we often take them for granted and waste them on negative, unproductive thoughts. Mindfulness keeps us present and aware. It provides a pathway to experiencing an expansiveness that gives us a feeling of oneness with the world. A daily Mindfulness practice allows us to show up and experience all the moments of our lives as present, as accepting, and as real as we can be.
