“I was a fan of this podcast when it provided testimony and followed-up with commentary. Now it’s almost all unfiltered testimony— including such minutia as the (uncontested) qualifications of experts, names and details of software or guns that do not ultimately impact the case, etc. Moreover, without expert legal, strategic, or even layperson context, the show doesn’t do much or anything to “curate content.” Instead, it often feels like a wasted listen. If you want the experience of a juror, this is a valuable podcast. If you are looking to digest cases succinctly and gain insight, look elsewhere.”
