This is my favourite podcast. Always interesting and informative. Can you do loads more please! Pippa UK

Love the content but audio needs improvement. I usually listen with headphones and having one voice in each ear, at different volumes, doesn’t work well. None of my other podcasts have this problem. Please, figure out how to record so this doesn’t happen.

This is an interesting topic but the host talks over the guest and interrupts too much. Also editing is pretty subpar.

I really enjoy this quilting podcast. The conversations are very genuine, relaxed, and intelligent. My only issue is that I would think by now they would have better audio control. Listening in the car, it’s frequent to have one speaker sound like they are shouting and then the next is inaudible.

I love this podcast! It’s extremely informative, addresses various aspects of the industry, and always provides new information. There is always something to learn. The enthusiasm of the speakers shows and it’s contagious. Thank you for helping us learn more about business, planning, and...Read full review »

I enjoyed the podcast initially. I would like to see a reprieve from the current focus on masks. I need quilting talk.
Dee98632 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 06/24/20
.....that interview interesting quilters and people working in the fiber industry, but the last 25+ episodes have been about making masks. Making masks is a nobel endeavor but I don’t care to listen to that many podcasts about it. I might check back in a year or so and see if she begins...Read full review »

Started off as a good podcast. Sound quality and content has fallen off. WAY off.

I really like this podcast but they need to fix the sound issues.
Ellieh723 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/22/20
The sound quality is horrible on a regular basis. There is no consistency.
bluenoser1977 via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 02/07/20
Really like and appreciate this podcast. Informative and interesting. Only two snags: poor sound quality (music louder than words, weird background noise, barely hear the guest, etc.) and the interviewer asks at least 5 question at a time... But really, the sound quality could make me stop...Read full review »

Love this podcast, but quality of some interviews is so poor I can’t listen. One suggestion is to not interrupt guests for repetitive comments . And I love the interviewer’s enthusiasm.
Mcpmerl via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 12/30/19
Interested in the subject, but the poor sound quality has made me unsubscribe. Look at Love To Sew sound quality is perfect.

I’ve only tried listening to 2 shows and could not finish either. The first was with Rob Appell and the sound quality was horrible. I could barely hear him and had to turn the volume almost all the way up, then when she spoke, it about blew my eardrums out. The second time was with The Stitch...Read full review »

The poor sound quality detracts from the content. It could be tidied up with a little editing as well
Crwaiz via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 09/07/19
Many of the guests on this podcast are interesting people but the sound quality has always been an issue that has never been resolved and frankly at times I don’t think that it has even been looked at. The interviewer’s questions are often a joke. She clearly seldom plans ahead and her questions...Read full review »

Just found this podcast and working my way thru the episodes. Elizabeth’s genuine interest in all things quilting has made these so great to listen to. I have learned so much!

I am a new listener and I absolutely love this podcast! I’m learning so much and finding new people to follow on social media. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because all of the episodes I’ve listened to so far have had some significant sound/editing issues. Many times the guest can’t...Read full review »

Great quilting podcast featuring famous quilters, industry big wigs and also down-home interviews with average, every day quilt makers. Tons of great information and you don’t have to wait a month for the next show to drop. Just Wanna Quilt is out of Tulane Law School. Professor Elizabeth...Read full review »

I have listened from the very beginning and am a huge fan! The interviews are always interesting, whether the guests are super-famous or just “regular” quilters. So many aspects of the quilting world are highlighted, and I learn something new with every episode!

I seem to find myself constantly coming back to this podcast and essentially hate-listening. It appears the host has a grant or some kind of funding from her law school, so has lots of time and resources available to do a lot of interviews and other side projects with her “quilting army”, so...Read full review »

Terrible sound from telephone guest. Poor prep of the host regarding what materials she had. Just an irritating listen.

I stopped listening because the quality of the sound was inconsistent and made listening difficult trying to adjust the volume during segments. I did try listening on different devices. It's sad because Townsend-Gard asks good and interesting questions.Read full review »

This podcast has it all... from fabric designers, quilting rock stars, company CEOs, small business owners, everyday quilters... so much diversity. Mix that in with copyright and trademark knowledge, and you get a very well rounded show. 🖤

I don’t know if any other way to reach you but your interview with Martelli Notions was not edited before posting! I heard about things where he said “this is between you and me” and he was going to give you his direct line, etc. Anyhow, just wanted to let you know. I LOVE this podcast. It’s blowing my mind. It is such a wonderful way of getting perspective on our amorphous quilting world, hearing all kinds of fascinating people talk about fascinating social/economic/artistic/philosophical topics while sharing the joy of this hobby. Soooo good!
GailSee via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/06/19
Tried to listen to interview with Rob Appell. He was great, but she was loud and he was quiet, so her interruptions (literally finishing his story for him) and uh-huhs over his words were so distracting I stopped.
mipodder via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/03/19
I only listened to hear Pam & Lynn from The Stitch. It was enjoyable but very disruptive to hear crunchy while interviewing. Very unprofessional.
fritter51 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/24/19
Really wanted to like this one, topics are very interesting, great guests, but the audio quality is so bad you can only clearly hear the host, but the guests are muffled. Would be a great podcast if the audio was fixed.

Overall the content of this podcast has been enjoyable and introduced me to new quilters and artists. So much fun to listen to. Great guests. Elizabeth is a great host.
quiltertricia via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 01/21/19
This would be a great podcast if not for two things: 1) No audio quality control. Whoever produces this makes absolutely no effort to balance the volume of the intro music, which often is too loud and runs over the beginning of the interview. Also, technical problems are not edited out. We...Read full review »

I learned about this quilting podcast while listening to Leah Day’s podcast (Hello My Quilting Friends!), the one where she told she had been interviewed by professor Townsend-Gard.
