Walter and the Dude, Pinky and the Brain, Dumb and Dumber, Homer and Marge - call them what you will, but Dr Mark Kermode and the slightly less intelligent (but he does have some honoray qualifications) Simon Mayo, provide, without doubt the most insightful, useful and enjoyable view of current cinema releases. If you're slightly interested in movies, then the good Dr's rants are something not to be missed and coupled with the "award winning" Mr Mayo you couldn't ask for a more perfect podcast. My only gripe, is that occasionally it doesn't download.... the dude abides.Read full review »

Great show. Will make you laugh out loud. Kermode is very opinionated and curmudgeonly which of course is a great combination. Mayo provides a subtle counterbalance and likes to wind him up a bit.Read full review »

So many film reviewers can be too ott or negative about movies but yet get jelly legs when face to face with actors/directors.
