In a Court case that continues to grab worldwide attention, the three judge panel of the UK Court of Appeal handed down their judgment today, unanimously dismissing the appeal brought by Associated Newspapers,  the owners of the UK Mail and The Sunday Mail, and upholding the lower court judge's decision that the newspaper did breach Meghan’s rights to privacy and breach of copyright.
