“Thankfully, they do not speak talk about politics in a serious way on this podcast. However, in the most recent episode Brendan’s response to his recent COVID infection was extremely frustrating and the reason I stopped listening to The Fighter and the Kid. All you can hear when he speaks is “me, me, me”. He is fine and it wasn’t bad, while the real issue is the possibility of passing it to someone who could then pass it to people who are compromised. The toss off comment at the end, that everyone should wear masks so we can end it the pandemic, was especially galling given his past comments on tfatk. It is very disappointing to see a glimpse of someone’s true character and it is so ugly.”
