For some reason African Americans have a problem w/authority to alot of politicians, people of another race&their own kind? The summer just began last week&there have been so many killings in Philadelphia,Pa.(The city of brotherly love&sisterly affection)that people are moving or trying to move. There maybe no solutioin to the problem,because no matter how long we talk,people don't change,  but let's see if we can come up w/a solution or maybe WHY it happens. HEAR YOU THERE!
