I can't believe I have only just discovered this wonderful podcast. I have listened to almost 30 episodes in one week! The only criticism is that I listen to it while I work and it is so distracting as I keep having to look up all the wonderful yarns, patterns and general wonderful wool matters Louise talks about. I love listening to Louise's voice and imagining her in lovely Shetland, it really is something special. I will now be looking only for British yarns and after kniting mainly socks for the last ten years I am going back to knitting jumpers and more ambitious projects. I have even booked to go to a knitting festival. I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough to anyone interested in knitting and yarn. Thanks so much, Louise!Read full review »

I love listening to Louise. I admire her passion for knitting with British yarn. The interviews with tutors, organisers of yarn events, dyers etc are great. Louise is a very good enabler!

This pod cast was perfect! Been following you for years and always enjoy dropping in for a listen. Cast #124 was needed! Nice to know others feel just like me with the current world situation. I appreciate your efforts to touch base with us all in the wool world.
