Very good wooly blend!
This was one of the first knitting podcasts I listened to, and now I know it's unique. Louise is relaxed and sometimes you can hear needles clicking. Louise has regular sections, but she doesn't go into laborious project details that other podcasts do. There are also musical interludes, but they are short, and there are seagulls or other sound effects. It's lovely. I like that she reviews yarns somehow with audio and it works. She also covers regional events, shops, designers, so there's plenty of great info. It is clearly planned and edited, but it doesn't sound over processed or like she's reading. Wish I could find more like it! Well done ;)Read full review »

Louise hosts a brilliant podcast, full of enthusiasm for fibre, yarn and knitting. It is an excellent accompaniment to my own knitting, and a great way to keep up with the state of the woolly union.

I've been listening for about a year. I enjoy Louise's enthusiasm, wonderful guests, reviews and especially learning about the various yarn/fibre events in the UK. Although I'm born and raised in Canada, there is always a warm welcome to all in or Podcasts. I look forward to each new episode!
