“Dave Itzkoff is a credible and respected journalist and he paints a fascinating and full-spectrum portrait of Robin Williams in this podcast which is compelling even if you’re not a big Robin Williams fan. The fact that he was teamed with a narrator whose nasal, marble in her mouth, Valley Girl diction, deadpan delivery and who clips every “t” from every single word she mindlessly reads from a script is not only shocking and a jolt to every educated mind but diminishes the importance of the author’s work. Lost a couple of stars because of it. I will continue to plow through because of the content but it will be painful!”
