THE podcast ultra runners can make use of
What I love best about the Koop Cast is that throughout most of the shows you get actual measureable things I feel I can take away and use in my own training and running. A few other runners I know listen to it too and feel the same way. Jason will often manage to take information given by experts and turn it into nuggets of gold that can be taken away to use. Some fine examples can be found in many of the episodes. Great show, VERY useful, and covers excellent topics. Looking forward to all the others too. Thank you for the show.

I have always been a fan of any podcast episodes that Koop was a guest on and am very happy to see he’s decided to start his own. Only constructive feedback...Read full review »
