I am an eager listener of ultra running podcasts and was looking forward to this one. Really like Koops training philosophy and a fan of his book on ultra training, but dissapointed about this podcast. A lot of negative banter about other runners and «stupid things done in training or in races». A bit negative wibe and arrogance and references to N1 is felt trough the first episodes. Feel a lot more energized and happy listening to TRN or GR. Sorry about that.
