Know who you’re dealing with first…
I used to cherry pick some of these episodes and learned some things, however take a listen to episode 161 (2023 preview) before you get too far into this guy’s ecosystem. He aggressively targets other well known coaches and podcasts by name and is quite nasty towards them. One of the things I love about the trail running community is the way we lift each other up, but he unfortunately demonstrates the opposite. It’s fine to have style preferences, but there shouldn’t be any room for this in our sport.
