Inferiority complex
Disappointed to see a formerly respected coach (Jason Koop) take the approach of dismissing all other podcasts, writers, and content creators because they have not taken the same approach he has. Seems to be mostly driven my his own relative lack of success coaching compared to others, and is juvenile. Jason, maybe focus on yourself rather than judging articles by their titles.

I should be paying for info like this. I will when 2nd edition of training essentials comes out, the 1st edition is also a goldmine. Great podcast, good production, excellent info from some of the most informed coaches in the community. Can’t recommend it enough.

Jason Koop is profoundly knowledgeable and so are his guests. I look forward to listening to the intelligent discussion each week. And, I think drinking each time he says “set the table”, “stylize”, and “would be remiss” is a good way to ensure I am adequately hydrated.
