Kunstler is an intellectual giant. His delightful sense of humor brings sharp clarity to the most important issues of our times. If I could subscribe to only one podcast, this would be it!

Jim has no formal training in architecture, economics or urban planning but has shared more insights than our academic community, public officials or eoncomists combined. Excellent talks concerning issues so important to our lives and future. I love hearing about urbanism, and the insanity of our sprawling, carcentric lifestyles.
