Description
Hey friends! Welcome back to ALICAST. Today we're chatting with Emma Abrahamson of @onecrazedfoodie.  Emma was a D1 runner at University of Oregon where she ran her personal best time of 4:39 for the mile (!) which realistically is probably half the time of my best mile LOL.  While running collegiately, Emma experienced severe body dysmorphia and amenorrhea (lack of a menstrual cycle). Once she stopped running, she went through what she calls her 'second puberty,' and had a whole new set of body image challenges.  We chat all about it on today's episode!
