Glad to have you back - missed it!

The “legal eagle” got it all wrong. His prediction was an all-or-nothing verdict, leaning toward all Not Guilty. Throughout the podcast he sided with the defense and overweighted the exculpatory evidence, nailing the prosecution for every little misstep. Don’t listen to anything he says and let’s...Read full review »

Thank you for helping us understand the Holmes proceedings. The added bonus of how slow you speak and how carefully you annunciate helps us common listeners who do not work in law. The case is fascinating and I look forward finally to the verdict.

The guys voice on this podcast is just unbearable to listen to. He takes a long time to say nothing and acts as if what he's saying is truly enlightening to the average listener who isn't a lawyer. Really terrible speaking skills. Amy should ask more thought-provoking questions too. Way...Read full review »

Terrible podcast. Ignorance of basic, easily checkable facts. No, Amy, James Comey was never the Attorney General, he was FBI director. There is a difference. Amy is very stupid and her questions reflect this. Waste of time.

I LOVE this podcast and I really enjoy that it focuses not on who is innocent or guilty but on legal process. My one gripe - I believe the female host is married to the lawyer host. She asks many questions that I know he’ll have the answer to which is: ‘It’s the attorney’s job to pull out EVERY...Read full review »

Terrible legal insight. The guy should stick to entertainment law, if he is perhaps good at that. But he has no business commenting on a criminal case because he doesn’t know anything about criminal law. And it shows.

Great to listen to a different side of things and reasons why each side would do each tactic in court

The lawyer likes to talk a lot without knowing facts. On Rittenhouse trial he gets the witnesses mixed up. Sloppy. On theranos trial keeps saying “didn’t hear everything jury head” but gives opinion anyway on what he did hear and ends up being very biased against prosecution whereas they have...Read full review »

I’ve been obsessed with Elizabeth Holmes even before the HBO Inventor premiere. Which probably says a lot about me, but I digress. I’ve read Bad Blood and listened to ALLLLLL the podcasts (Bad Blood, the Drop Out etc) multiple times. Because clearly I have some issue dealing with personality...Read full review »

I am so happy I found this podcast. This feeds my fascination with the law and court cases. Thank you for explaining things from the POV of the lawyer.
