I find so very often that skills in effective leadership are in desperate need of improvement among inspired and genuinely well-meaning leaders in my quorum, ward, and to a smaller extent stake. I sustain my leaders, but often see that they seem to struggle in delegation, interviewing, and communication. Just from the few episodes I have already eagerly listened to, I can tell that it is full of wisdom, humbly and encouragingly presented by a podcaster with a marvelous combination of experience and faith.”
