I would love to listen to this podcast but for some reason it won’t play. Could it be because I’m in China?

Overall I like these. Sample conversation with translations, and if you wanna follow along with text you can on their website (paid). The Intro music is annoying and a bit too long for casts that last like 5 minutes usually. Some of them are just ads for subscriptions and not lessons at all.

These podcasts come with complete audio and transcript (PDF files) in the Hebrew alphabet, transliterated into our alphabet, and translated. You need to pay for membership but it is WELL worth it for these lively, entertaining and useful lessons. It took me some time before I was prepared to...Read full review »

Like others have said it annoying. The first lesson is full and good and rest are just blurb advertizements for their web site where they charge for them

This podcast is awesome!!!! I like it very very much!!!! Now, to learn Hebrew is getting easy for me, although while I've found this site I thought I would never be able to learn such a difficult language!!! Thank you so much!!!!

The intro sessions that they provide make you think you are going to get something for your money...instead it is just more of the same of the instructor talking about himself. So much time is wasted on him introducing and talking about himself rather than getting to the part about learning the...Read full review »

Don't waste your time if you need real lessons
Kaushan via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/16/10
Each podcast is just English speaking, then they direct you to their website to actually hear the lesson. Don't bother
Loochie31 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/13/10
These are not lessons. They are advertisements to a website.
easye225 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/12/10
Based on the podcasts itself, this podcast leaves so much behind for learning Hebrew. I don't like they ramble around in English meaningless conversations, and don't go straight to the lessons. There's no so much grammar background, and lessons subjects are not about the titles they are given. I...Read full review »

Excelent and comprehensive wat to learn Hebrew.
Halbie via Apple Podcasts · Netherlands · 12/07/09
These are not the full lessons. They are the first part of each lesson, which then fades out and you're told to go to the website to download the full lesson. They are really just advertisements! At least it appears you don't have to pay to download the lessons. It is annoying that you have to...Read full review »

It´s very easy to follow these lessons. In practice native speakers really understand, what I intend to say. In fact I´m often getting asked where I learned hebrew, cause I am from germany (working at an airport). So I think this Podcasts teaching good basics. Unfortunately you can just join the...Read full review »

This is the best language podcast I have come across...and the best I have found in which I actually retained the Hebrew being taught. So happy I stumbled across this one..

Definitely the best Hebrew learning program I've been able to find. Very comparable to Assimil, but in English instead of French! How nice. I highly recommend paying the money for a year's subscription. Definitely worth the money. These guys put a lot of work into these lessons. Keep up the...Read full review »

Great stuff, what more would you want, great way to maintain your Hebrew skills if they are not naturally your language. Also a great way to learn real Hebrew, I mean on the street stuff!

説明は英語ですが、第一課を聞いた限りでは非常に気軽に始める事が出来ます。 ただし、会話重視なので書く勉強は他のポッドキャストが必要となるでしょう。

I have studied audio courses, read books, studied in an ulpan language studio in Israel and learned from the streets of Tel Aviv for nearly 5 years now, and this course is the best in my opinion. Rosetta Stone is good, and so is Pimsleur, but the convenience of using my iPod Touch to simply...Read full review »

I had 9 years of Hebrew school while growing up as a child in New York many years ago, but have learned more about how to speak it from these last 2 months of podcasts! I personally already speak fluent hebrew but I checked out this podcast to see what hebrew lessons were provided for others. I loved how you taught throughout the lessons, speaking slowly and clearly and making it easy to remember different words. Great Job

I'm very impressed with this podcast. It's easy to understand and has a patient tone that's also very exciting. The Podcast helps you to understand the language bit by bit and helps me with my accent. These lessons are very well designed and excellently produced. The speakers go over vocabulary slowly, giving you an opportunity to fully understand each word!
