“This podcast is extremely well done. The music is finely chosen and the content well organised. Having the motivational talk precede the meditation exercise in each episode allows to ease slowly into meditation (I personally choose to do my stretching and breathing routine while I listen to this part, then get on to the meditation exercise). The guided meditations are very well written and read, long enough to allow complete immersion, and short enough for the beginner (later on I found that I naturally kept on meditating in silence). Thank you very much to the Meditation Society people for the work they do. It is very much appreciated.”
