With the global pandemic causing major running race cancellations on every continent it looked like 2020 would be the year that no-one would be up-holding the annual pilgrimage or running from the Acropolis to Sparta - just like the Spartathlon (but not the Spartathlon)
Ian and James have run every Spartathlon since 2015 and with their version of SpartathlOFF they did created something wonderfully unique - whilst keeping the original dreams of John Foden alive.
