We often hear statements like this or similar when we start to transform our clients' leadership culture. So far, so good and so true. But the dilemma is: Everyone wants honesty, but no one can handle the truth. Some leaders preach a desire for honesty but have never admitted a mistake of their own. This is the opposite of honesty.
